Hawaii Department of Education Awards Bright Light Digital to Install New Technology Systems

The Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) is a statewide school system of more than 250 school sites, consisting of  a high school, the elementary, and middle/intermediate schools. For the school year 2020-2021, the combined enrollment for Hawaii’s public and charter schools total 174,704 students. To keep students, faculty and staff connected and engaged, especially during this distance learning era, HIDOE requested to provide sustainable learning environments with the latest technology systems that support innovation, project-based learning, creative media, and Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) programs.

Bright Light Digital, along with multiple vendors were awarded the privilege to partner with the HIDOE to design, furnish, deliver, install, connect, and configure multimedia audio visual (MAV) equipment and services at various schools and offices statewide. We will be providing custom AV and technology equipment and solutions to help schools thrive in the learning community. The HIDOE core values of meaningful learning and commitment to equity and excellence provides confidence and guidance in ensuring students are ready for college and are prepared to advance into a career.
