Known for serving the best garlic chicken in Hawaii, Mitsu-Ken Okazu & Catering has been a staple of many breakfasts, lunches, tailgates and parties since 1992. In 2018, the restaurant’s owner contracted Bright Light Digital to replace their existing push pin letter menu board with a new digital menu board.
Bright Light Digital installed two LG 49″ LED 1080p edge-lit commercial-rated displays together with a cloud-based digital signage software solution to push content to the displays. In addition, Bright Light designed the initial menu board layout and programmed the software to automatically swap out breakfast and lunch menus during specific times of the day. In addition to prices, the new menu boards also incorporate large images highlighting their plate lunches and breakfast menu items.
